Celebrate International Chocolate Day with award-winning chocolatier Bernard Callebaut at our special chocolate collaboration dinner. Oxbow Chef de Cuisine Sean Cutler will prepare an intriguing 4 course menu incorporating different types of Master Chocolat chocolate into each course. Expect both savoury and sweet with unique and inspired ways of showcasing this decadent ingredient. The Father of Chocolate in Calgary for over 25 years, Bernard will share his passion and experience for his craft and speak to his processes that make him a revered master chocolatier worldwide. It’s a culinary collaboration not to be missed – chocolate lover or otherwise.
