Join us for an exclusive evening of pairing prestigious Château Trianon vintages with exquisite flavours from Chef Rupert Garcia of Oxbow, while learning from the man behind the operation, Dominique Hébrard. He is making his first trip to Canada for what is bound to be an educational and wine-filled evening.

Dominique Hébrard has been involved in many winemaking operations since he founded Maison Hébrard in 1983 and has been instrumental in the revitalization and development of Château Trianon.

Luce Wine Dinner

Join us for an evening of Tuscan wine exploration with Peter Ferguson of Tenuta Luce Della Vite and Tenuta di Attems. A selection of exceptional Luce wines will be paired alongside an inspired four course meu prepared by Chef Rupert Garcia of Oxbow Restaurant. Allow Peter to share the incredible history and special details of the Luce winery and the beautiful lineup of wines you’ll experience throughout the evening.

In 1993 Vittorio Frescobaldi, whose family has roots in Tuscan winemaking since the 1300’s, and Robert Mondavi, one of the founding fathers of Napa Valley, combined their passions to create a wine as unique as their friendship. As young Enologists, they gave life to their families vision by crafting an innovative blend in Tuscany, able to express itself in a different and exciting way.

2012 is a celebratory vintage marking 20 years of Luce, and though professionally the families have gone separate ways, they still remain close friends from one generation to another. This lasting legacy still felt in the quality of an incredible selection of wines.
