Sabor & Hotel Arts Group Collaboration Dinner

Experience a unique and exciting evening as Hotel Arts Group Executive Chef, Jan Hansen welcomes Chef Adelino Oliveira of Edmonton’s Sabor restaurant for a collaborative dinner at Chef’s Table. Each August, Sabor celebrates fresh Ocean Wise seafood, a commitment to sustainability and ensuring the health of our oceans. Chef Jan goes back to his Edmonton roots to bring a taste of Sabor’s annual Ocean Wise Seafood Festival to Calgary. Chef Lino will inspire with his Mediterranean influence, drawing from his experiences in Spain and Portugal while Chef Jan will infuse his spin on the menu for a truly unique collaboration. This won’t be the first time this duo teams up as they launch Sabor’s Ocean Wise Festival in Edmonton at the end of July. Join them this time in Calgary for an intimate meal in Chef's Table's open kitchen and dining room carefully paired with selected wine.
