Congratulations Craig, Shane, Mike and Heather on an amazing dinner and service at AGC Cooks on Wednesday April 13th, placing 2ND for the Critics Choice Award. For this annual spring fundraiser the AGC was transformed into a kitchen stadium where six of Calgary's finest chefs, including our very own Chef de Cuisine Craig Boje, competed in a friendly, culinary competition.  Join us again next year!

You’ve done some amazing things to that menu.  We watched the dishes come out and go to the other tables.  Interesting molecular.  Foams are interesting colours, it is an extremely unique menu.

My wife had rainbow trout and I had the Cornish hen.  Totally not what we expected visually, or taste---both perfectly done and presented well.  The foie gras appetizer from the kitchen (a gift), was nicely prepared and presented.  I had the steak tartare for my first appetizer.  Perfect taste (actually quite light), perfect portion size, nicely presented.
