Our talented, award-winning kitchen team, under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Craig Boje, brings the pursuit of culinary perfection to Chef's Table.

A simple blend of fine ingredients and artistic beauty, our cuisine ingredients are sourced to help support local food producers. A ‘hands-on' chef, Craig Boje's creative influence is apparent in every dish at the Inn and every menu that changes with the season.

A culinary experience to remember, Chef's Table's patrons can enjoy the five-course tasting menus or order à la carte. Wine selections specialize in smaller eclectic producers that pair up brilliantly with Chef selections.

Hours

Chef's Table is open:

  • Monday through Friday, for breakfast (7:00am-10:00am) and dinner (5:30pm-9:30pm).
  • Saturday for brunch (8:00am-1:00pm) and dinner (5:30pm-9:30pm).
  • Sunday for brunch only (9:00am-1:00pm).
  • Closed on selected public holidays.

Prix Fixe Menu is back!

Entertaining clients, off to the theatre, or simply want to make it home for your favorite TV show?  Join us Mondays thru Thursdays between 5:30 and 6:30 and enjoy a 2-course dinner for only $35 or a 3-course dinner for only $45.  Menus will change frequently so call in advance if you would like to know today's specials!
