Sun & Salsa Festival

On July 21st, 2013 from 11am – 5pm the Sun and Salsa Festival heats up Kensington as thousands of people descend on the neighbourhood to sample salsas, watch crazy performances, shop from all of our street merchants, and just sit on a patio relaxing in the summer sun. With so much to see and do it’s no wonder this Festival is one of Calgary’s favorites.
Our salsas are a definite highlight of the Festival. Be sure to buy a bag of chips to help support our two charities, the Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association and Norfolk Housing, and sample all of the free salsas on offer.
